Whats the best way to have more power in my training performance ?
im 30 years fim fencer . im 165 cm and 55Kg . i need to add some power for my training and my performance so i started to have a monohydrate creatine .. some people advised me to stop it becuase it has some side effects and i should stick with a lean protein only .. does the lean protein enough to increase my power ? if so which kind of protein ? or i should have the ethyl creatine with the protien also ? please what is the savest way ?
