Question: What are some good team building exercises that are physically challenging?

Well if by exercises you mean sports then try Raquetteball with a friend or play soccer or basketball. These are probably your best chances for good team building! Maybe not the Raquetteball but soccer, basketball, and other sports like that are very challenging physically and make good team building skills.
