Question: How do i deal with very low self esteem on my period?

On normal days, my self esteem is ok. on my period and a few days before it (that's a total of 5- 7 days) I have very low self esteem...I don't know why. I could barely interact with people and it's very hard for me to get out of my house and talk to anyone except family and I just get nervous in general. Does it happen with anyone else? and has anyone found a solution?

OMG girl look . . i find myself depressed and crying about everything bad in my life . . then the next day or so , i'm back to normal .(it's the hormones flooding in) it's the best time to pamper yourself --- go buy you a yummy chocolate bar then go home and take a looong bubble bath w/ some nice bath salts or bath beads or my favorite (cologne take me away lol)

To be honest, i think thats fine, personally i feel gross and dont really want to go near people so i pretty much stay home and stuff, but if im with people i suck it up and act normal.
