How can I have a more positive self image?
Basically when I was 7 to around 17 I was put down constantly by " friends" and such and then when I worked out and lost some weight, went from 176lbs to 132lbs, people were a little nicer, however I still have people make little remarks here and there and so I have a lot of self issues, I also have 2 types of severe depression, and it makes me feel like I am ugly and fat, and I feel guilty when I eat, so I have stopped eating some...I just want to feel happy with myself. How can I force myself to have a more positive self image? and not be so hard on myself?

How can I gain a positive self image?
I hate mine body so much. I'm 5'7 and about 140 lbs and I feel terribly fat, I'm honestly trying to eat a less and exercise more, I'm trying to get under 1000 calories and exercise for half hour a day. When I look at myself I see all the disproportion and I honestly feel I am the most ugly awkward stupid lamest person I have ever seen or known and it makes me hate myself even more. I feel ugly and gross and I seriously have hate talks to myself because I feel so disgusting and ugly and I feel so undeserving of pretty much anything. And I feel like I'll never get another boyfriend because guys only like thin or pretty girls, or even just girls that are self confident, I'm none of that, I'm just nothing. It's terrible and I sound pathetic, but honestly I can't even remember the last time I truly felt beautiful and good about myself. All it is is self hate hate hate. Hate for myself. I've got into such a habit of it that I don't know how to stop, how can I possibly fix myself???Also this isn't just about boys, just generally the way I feel about myself. I can't drag the feeling off, and it sucks

Im 15 and 5'9 5'10 and weight 138I used to be super skinny and healthy and a runner and weight 110 but the past year ive been depressed and eating alott. now i hav a bad self image and cant seem to be happy. I desperately want a 6pack and to be in perfect shape but im scared to get there and cant seem to stop eating junk. I need help getting back on track and eat healthy and exercise and feel good about the way i look for once, what should i do?

Of course I need people who actually know me in person to assess my personal qualities. What are my best features only included a faceshot because i know my body's not much to look at really skinny lol. If you like, say what my looks tell you about my personality.
