Question: I need to change my mindset towards food and weight loss.?

Over the years I have been struggling with body image, how I feel about food, and with weight loss. I think it has a lot to do with my thoughts. Anyway to change my thinking?

There is a passive way to change your thoughts about your body image, food, and weight loss and that is through affirmations. The key to successfully using affirmations is to use them when there is no resistance.
