Question: How much is the dukan diet coaching?

Looks good but cant see how much its gonna cost me for the coaching anyone know?

I am not sure how much the coaching is, but I have the Dukan Diet Book. You could try and follow the books diet plan and menu rather than having coaching, this will cost you less money and is less complicated. My mother has been on the Dukan Diet for about a month or so and she makes this Meat Loaf which is a simple easy meal (I personally don't like it as I don't like egg).

When you fill in all your details and go on to see your personal programme it gives you a button to see how much it costs. Mine came up as £71.92 with a 20% discount. It's a lot of money, but then if you find it hard to get motivated and come up with your own meals it might be worth it.
