Question: Does excersing make you happier person? has it changed your life?

Does exercise make you happy and more confident? How has it changed your life ? If you weren't active earlier in your life , and you started exercising ? Did you start feeling better?

I feel a lot happier and more confident. I was pale, 155 lbs, and I'me 5'7 ". I've started tanning (for medical reasons actually, but I like how it looks too) and I'm down to 137 lbs, 15% body fat versus 24% before. So the sunlight and weight loss makes me feel a lot more confident and happier.

Yes exercising will definitely make you a happier and more confident person. It will change your life a lot, going to fat to skinny. I'm still not done yet, but I'm feeling much better about my self, then before when I never worked out before. I started getting biceps, and I was like, "yess, I'm finally getting those muscles ".
