Does meth change your life forever?
Not physically, but mentally?Even after a meth user has quit, is their life ever really the same psychologically? A few months ago, some very close people in my life had started using. They say they've been clean for about 4 or 5 months now, but I'm curious... Do they still think about it everyday? Will their meth " mentality" stay with them for the rest of their lives? Does this drug ruin your life way of thinking, beliefs?

Losing weight will not change your life?
I just came across a website s.rvxn.org 2010 11 02 losing weight will not change your life which claims that losing weight will not 1 change your life2 make you look beautiful on your special day if you re hungry and deprived3 solve your problems4 destroy your insecurities5 mean you will fit in6 change who you are7 fix your relationships, friendships, family or marriage8 grant you popularity9 give you good luck10 make you smarter, nicer, richer, more good looking, or even more athletic11 find you a life partner12 make people like you more or think better of you13 give you a 6 pack or chiseled muscles14 result in a better sex life15 cure any illnesses16 make you feel better about anything17 change how you feel about yourself or your body18 mean that you will get you the respect you deserve19 result in better health20 make someone else love you21 give you superpowers22 make you satisfied with your life23 give you unconditional happiness24 grant you 3 wishes from a magical genie25 make you love yourselfbut then won't it give me confidence? like if i do it the right way via eating healthy and working out, i WILL feel better about myself, right? in size, i'm not overweight... i'm a little chubby around the edges, and i've been working out in hope that i'll gain more confidence in myself i have a very low self esteem and in sculpting the confidence in myself, i'm hoping it'll help alter the other spheres in my life socially, emotionally, etc. since i'll have more faith in myself.so overall, losing weight WILL change my life, right?

DOES losing weight change your life from negative to positive?
DOES losing weight change your life from negative to positive? So im 164 pounds...and only 5'2. However i use to be 225 pounds back 5 years ago. So i do give my self some credit for keeping it off. However, my love life sucks..well i don't have one lol One of my friends was also a big girl who went from 205 to 140. Shes a little taller ...and looks amazing. She has soo many guys after all. She just became a diffrent person a little conceited now haha but its ok. I do feel miserable and lonely...i can't stand my self. And truth, i do feel a little jealous my friend lost all that weight..in less than 6 months. Its ironic that i hate my self now more now then i did when i was 225. Anyways have any of u found that life does really change, just from weight loss> DO people treat thinner ppl differently? I wonder if most of my problems are from being overweight? what do u think ..i'm only 22 btw if it makes a difference

Has teeth braces changed your life? Tell me about your experiences.?
Just looking for positive stories.I'm considering scheduling and appointment now to have braces put it. and just looking for positive stories of how it has changed your life, your confidence, etc. I've a gap about 5m, which's big, and other gaps, about 5, on my lower teeth. I've never been comfortable to smile in public. Even at home, i get insecure. My parents don't want me to get them. To them, there's nothing wrong with my teeth. But they don't understand how much it affects me. And when i talk to people, their eyes automatically goes to my mouth. My upper gap also seems to affect my speech. And I notice there're some words that when i pronounce, do not sound too enunciated and i feel it's because of that space. And don't laugh, but sometimes it's like i spit when i talk and again, i think it's because of that big space. The last time i went for cleaning a year ago, the dental hygienist also mentioned i could have problems lateron with my teeth because of the gaps, gum problems, gum disease. I also just read a reply from someone here about other problems one can have lateron because of teeth gaps. I've a job right now and I've been working for two weeks. I already saw an ortho i like in January and have already discussed the mo monthly payments. $200. Should i wait till i've worked some more before i get them, or should i opt for it now? I have enough right now to last me for a couple of months. My current job right now's a summer job and the pay's good. I make about $100 per day. However, it's nothing permanent nor full time, but i will at least get 3 days per week with it. And if i do lose it for some reason, i will find another one and as said, i do have money saved already that'll last me a couple of months, and i'm still working. Should i get my braces now? This's something i've been wanting to do forever and now it's becoming a reality. Oh, and don't forget your stories about how it changed your life
What is your best advice for changing your life around?
Currently, i'm thinking i need to just get out the house more, being a couch potato all day doesn't help. I need to join a club, gym or just enjoy the outdoors more. What do you suggest? Did you change anything about yourself?
