Question: Are there any really good books to help build self confidence?

I have very low self confidence and almost no self esteem. I'd like to feel confident in the way I look and the things I do. My boyfriend and I have a lot of arguments due to my lack of confidence and I'd really like to eliminate that. So, you could say that I'd like to gain confidence for myself and for our relationship. Does anyone have any book recommendations?

I would strongly suggest you read "Preparing for Adolescence - Straight Talk to Teens and Parents " by James Dobson which specifically addresses how to develop self-confidence
