How i can build self-confidence?

Question: How i can build self-confidence?

I am having lots of problems.i am not at all confident i always feel fear when i am talking to someone new or my hands are trembling when i am answering my paper or i have take any decision or if any male teacher is teaching us............now its affecting my life i cant do anything when someone is disturbing me.

Take a deep breath. It is ok. All of us feel less than competent, or insufficient sometimes. You are NOT alone. Now, you want to build confidence? Guarantee you this will work. Find a place to volunteer. It can be anywhere, church, school, the library, your elderly neighbor's yard, it really doesn't matter. What does matter is getting your self worth straight. That comes with doing worthwhile things to completion. The satisfaction from this will affect you in surprising ways. Another thing you can do is get a part time job. Making money registers in this society as a value. And you seem to be trying to measure your value. If you attend church, speak with your minister if he is male. If you have a female minister, speak with the head usher, or elder, or some male who is in a position to advise you, without criticizing you. Your Father doesn't count, he has been there all your life and hasn't noticed your distress, so he isn't going to be a help. Maybe later, not now. And give yourself a break. You didn't mention your age, but if I were to venture a guess I would put you between 10 and 17. Prime puberty range. What you are experiencing is quite normal now. You can get through this. Now get out there and get busy!

Tell yourself everyday you need to be more confident and do it. you a re an amazing person and tell yourself that and why you are amazing. do not ever worrie about other peoples opinions about you. the world is full of amazing people and a few jerks. who cares what the jerks think. you see your problem which means you are sane. so fix it!

I used to have the same problem. What I did was to start thinking positive instead of negative. Instead of saying to myself I cannot do this, I would start to say I can do this. It may take some time for you because it did for me. Good Luck!

I found that volunteering helps, not only do you get confidence because you are helping and making friends, but you also get to see how lucky you are for what you have and you get a chance to give something back. Sometimes not thinking about yourself is all you need to think highly of yourself.
