Question: How to build self-confidence?

In long term studies such as medicine, I need more self- confidence so as to excels in studies and to face patients. Can anyone help me giving some opinions on how to regain my strength in order to succeed?

Find things your good at and aknowlege that your good at .regonise your strengths and build on them. think positivly about yourself

Practice makes perfect and builds confidence. See if you can recruit friends and family to act as mock patients. You can practice with them and build up the confidence you need to work with real clients.
