See a counselor. A lot of people frown upon this, but it helps. Talk with your doctor about the eating disorder and they should be able to recommend a good person for you. On a side note, no one is ever 100% ccomfortable with the way they look. If they tell you they are, they are lying. You just need to get to the point of not being obsessed, as you say you are. Being weight conscious is fine, but abusing your body isn't. Get some help! :) This will not come overnight and will not be an easy thing to overcome, so you need to be willing to put forth the effort to help yourself and change your life. Eating disorders are always in the back on your mind, but you can learn to deal with it and overcome. |
