Well for me i battled self esteem problems for many years. they're many things you can do 1. you can look in the mirror and look at your flaws and look at the positive stuff about you, when you come across a flaw like maybe it's your weight try to set a goal on how to lose weight and watch what you eat and you'll start losing weight and that flaw will soon disappear but don't forget the positive stuff their must be something you like about yourself and try to focus or enhance that feature 2. do a hobby something your good at so you can show your talent or do something proactive like help your family or community in some way to make yourself feel useful. |

Get a make-over .. don't look into mirrors constantly .. pamper yourself with massages, tans, manicures, etc. Learn to love yourself for who you are! |

I find that if I feel in good in what I am wearing, have my hair done etc, it is easier to feel good about myself. When I am feeling low I try to hang out with close friends and have a laugh, it really helps. |

Find things that you enjoy doing and are good at. If you find things to do that interest you and focus on those, this should help your confidence and self esteem. stay away from people who are negative, or demean you. if it's things from the past or issues you have not dealt with, seek councelling and it should help you over come low self esteem and boost your confidence |

1. look in a full length mirror 2. stand up straight -- focus on your posture 3. look yourself directly in the eye and have a little chat now go practice with your friend, a teacher, the checker at the market. it's easier than you think -- the biggest factor is over coming your fears. always, look people directly in the eye when speaking with each other and smile! good luck! |

Get your hair, make up, nails, anything that would make yourself look your best. Whenever you feel down, look at you best quality about yourself, like your hair, eyes, lips, and keep telling yourself it's an amazing quality. Focus on that, and not your flaws. |
