Im 14 and i know that all teens go thru rough times and stuff with self- esteem and body image and im one of those teens i feel i look horrible in everything i thing im wayyy 2 fat and im wayyy to tall i just fell weird everywhere i go and when i see pretty skinny girls i always feel bad because i wonder how they feel in everything and ugh idk i cant talk to anybody and i no im not ugly or anything but i always feel fat and stuff pleez ppl is there any tips on how to boost self- esteem (diet and excersise tips would also b helpful) um ok thanks cause im like goin crazy thank you!

There's nothing wrong with being tall - unless you are over six foot six. Apart from that, you know what to do.
